Browser beta · No installation

Stack your nightscape photos.
Right in your browser.

Choose a fixed-tripod sequence, mark the sky, and align the stars while keeping your reference-frame foreground. Export a 16-bit TIFF to finish in Lightroom or your usual editor.

Planned launch: free to preview. $19.99 once to export. Plus applicable tax; no subscription.

During the public beta, full-resolution export is also free. General sales are not open yet. View license & availability

From a sequence to a TIFF.

Use your own photos, or try the clearly labeled synthetic sample to learn the controls.

Choose the frames

Import matching JPEG, PNG, or supported 16-bit RGB TIFF files. Exclude blurred frames and choose the foreground you want to keep.

Supported files and color

Mark the sky

Click along the horizon, then refine with the sky brush and eraser. Save a project to keep your mask and frame selection.

How to draw the boundary

Stack and inspect

The browser aligns and averages the sky in linear light. Check actual-pixel crops of the center, corners, and horizon before exporting.

What to check in the result

Your photographs are not sent to a processing server. Local working files may be used while stacking; keep this tab open until export finishes.

Check the sequence first.

This beta handles one consistent, fixed-tripod view. A sharp result starts with sharp source frames.

Browser
Desktop Chrome or Edge. Large sequences need enough memory and free local storage; mobile browsers are outside this beta.
Sequence
3–30 photos, matching dimensions and exposure settings, up to 32 megapixels per image. At least three frames must pass alignment.
Files
JPEG and PNG with 8-bit source data; supported single-page 16-bit RGB TIFFs, including uncompressed and ZIP strip storage. Camera RAW requires an export first.
Color
sRGB processing and an embedded sRGB profile on TIFF export. Unsupported profiles are rejected; untagged 8-bit images are interpreted as sRGB with a warning.

Known limits

You draw the sky mask manually. Fine branches, moving clouds, water, and lens distortion can still produce seams or doubled stars. Some regions may lack enough stars to validate alignment; check the image as well as the report.

Tracked skies, panoramas, mixed exposures, and separate blue-hour foregrounds are outside this beta. The reference foreground receives no multi-frame noise reduction. Exporting an 8-bit source into a 16-bit TIFF does not add original capture detail.

Start with photos you already have.

The guide covers file preparation, manual masking, actual-pixel inspection, exports, and project recovery.

See the result before you buy.

Our planned offer keeps importing, stacking, and actual-pixel inspection free. You pay once when you want to export a full-resolution TIFF.
